About Us.
We build resilience in high-performing individuals and teams. Precision, peer-reviewed science, and real-world application for people who face pressure but don’t want to be defined by it.
What we do
Limitless Group exists for one reason: to help high-performing people expand their capacity and perform at their highest possible level. We work with executives, founders, leadership teams and organisations who face real pressure — not to help them manage stress, but to build the resilience to perform with it, consistently and sustainably, without burning out.
We are a human performance company. Everything we build sits on a foundation of peer-reviewed science. That science is translated into a proprietary framework — The Resilience Code — seven daily habits designed for people who have no time to waste and need to know that what they’re doing actually works.
From that platform, we deliver in three ways. Our corporate training programmes bring The Resilience Code directly into organisations, reaching hundreds of people in a single day. Our experiences — from the mountains above Barcelona to the frozen lakes of Sweden — are immersive multi-day programmes that create the kind of change that a seminar room never can. And our digital products will make the methodology available at scale, wherever people need it most. Each product is different. The science and the standard are the same.
We’ve worked with Olympians, world champions, elite military units, and the leadership teams of some of the world’s largest organisations. That breadth proves that the same underlying principles apply at every level of human performance. Whether the pressure is a board presentation or a polar expedition, the body and brain respond to the same inputs. We teach you to control them.
Phil Quirk
Founder
"Information isn't the problem. Implementation is. The Resilience Code is built to be actually done."
Founder's Story
Phil Quirk spent the better part of a decade inside two of the most demanding institutions in the British military — the Royal Marines and the Royal Air Force. He was a performance coach, working with pilots, marines and special forces operators on the systems that keep people functional under extreme conditions. That was the foundation.
Then COVID happened. And it happened, specifically, to Ruth. Ruth is Phil’s wife. She has CML — chronic myeloid leukaemia — an incurable condition she’d managed with characteristic dignity for years. In normal life, she was outgoing, generous and relentlessly positive. Within three to four weeks of the first lockdown, she had become agoraphobic. She developed crippling anxiety. The woman Phil had spent years beside had been transformed not by her illness, but by the absence of the tiny daily rituals that had been quietly sustaining her all along. Phil watched it happen, and he couldn’t look away from what it meant. If the removal of small habits could do this to someone strong, then the addition of the right ones could reverse it. He set about finding out which ones, and why they worked.
The answer was scattered across decades of research — neuroscience, sleep science, positive psychology, ancient Stoic philosophy. But nobody had assembled it into something a normal person could actually use on a Tuesday morning. Phil had already seen what gratitude practice could do with hardened SAS soldiers who’d come back from conflicts with PTSD. He’d watched burly veterans sit in a circle and write down what they were grateful for, expecting them to dismiss it, and find themselves unable to. He’d worked at BattleBack, the Royal British Legion’s rehabilitation centre for wounded service personnel, and seen evidence of the brain’s capacity for recovery that most people never get close to. He took all of it and built the Resilience Code, a 28-day programme with seven daily habits, each one grounded in the science of how the brain actually works.
The Resilience Code has since been delivered to thousands of people across elite sport, the armed forces, and some of the most recognisable corporate names in Britain. Phil has coached Olympians and world champions. He has stood in front of rooms of sceptical executives and watched the science land differently than they expected. His central belief has never changed: information isn’t the problem. Implementation is. The Resilience Code is his answer to that — seven habits, backed by the best science available, built to be actually done.
